3 WAYS TO BE A SUCCESSFUL RECRUITER IN STAFFING INDUSTRY

Recruiting has its own stigma, as if we say it’s a part of core HR with the systematic way of getting job done. Recruitment is the only source of profit in human resource management (apart from freelancer/soft skill trainers).us recruitment is highly incentive based job, as they pay you in dollars. But when we say staffing industry, it’s the basis to hire niche skills.
Recruitment as a revenue generation process which takes the effort same as a sales person closing its client. When we pursue a position rather than trying to find candidate by skills, try to identify the problem which had been faced by the internal recruitment/talent acquisition team of your client. The main reasons of a successful recruiting are only three apart from the allied reasons.

1) Recruit as Per the Client Requirement, Knowing The Problem They Faced to Hire Such Skill set (Niche Skill)
Getting assigned a job and started using Boolean strings to get candidate through job boards, sourcing is a main lead of recruitment, but sometimes we are in the middle of two different skill-sets with a new job title, here the problem comes to most of the recruiters. Here we the plan b comes in picture. Always go through the job description 2 times as sometimes we miss a skill which is the basis of the sourcing. For niche skills always be patience and try to find combination of skills rather going and submitting one skill. May be you can submit somebody with prior experience in the combination skill set.
2) Try to Make Pipeline of Niche Skills as It Is Hard to Get Niche Skill Candidate
When we say pipeline, it’s only the meaning of making the database of candidate with niche skills area wise in us. As we have plenty of resume on job boards for normal technical skills like .net, java developer, project managers etc.

3) True to Your Work Ethics
Work ethics matters a lot in recruitment industry, as more efficient employee sometimes never show their efficacy wisely, don’t cheat yourself, it will affect you in long run. Recruitment is a people management process, never screen a candidate on your assumption or stereotype.

“Recruitment is people management at the rate of profit generation, love it live it, enjoy the essence of deep trust”
