Learning is a continuous process, as we can never be “jack of all trades in learning”
Learning is
like flowing water, once you touch the layer of water now, you cannot
touch it again in its lifetime, learning has its own impact on the business
models and human resource management.
Sometimes we really don’t realize how to learn?
Basic commandments of learning have vast numbers of etiquette.
But I will mention some of important commandments which can be implemented in
daily life as well as in our working life.
Important commandments
of learning:
1) For a good start of learning is to start listening rather than speaking. A
good listener can only learn properly. Even you are a good speaker you can
never be a good learner if you don’t listen to other.it is also a quality mentioned
in leadership and achiever’s testimony. Listening is a skill which teaches us
to be patience at all scenario.
2) Think positive at all the time, learning is a process of adaptation of
what you don’t know, if you are negative at any moment of learning, that
particular part of learning you will never grab. Try to encapsulate the feature
of positive thought inside you, as learning is a positive knowledge process. If
you are positive you will always try to grasp more.
3) Focus on what you want out of it? As we say “why you want to learn, and what you want
to earn out of the learning”, it’s like keep focusing on a target, if you
do not have a fixed target, you can never learn things for accumulation of knowledge,
it will definitely fade away because you are passing by the knowledge Center, it’s
like you google something today and tomorrow you don’t remember, because it was
out of curiosity rather than a proper enthusiasm toward learning the aspect.
4) Learning is an art, try to fetch it like image rather running
from it. Most of the time we don’t learn thing due to
inefficiency of trying again and again, we have a symptom of “let IT go”. Don’t give up until you have
accepted you are the dumbest person in the world. Try to use hit and trial
method again and again to learn in different ways and difference levels.
5) Love yourself. If you love yourself, you can achieve
the 100 percent in your learning skills. Learning can be a boost only if one loves
the attitude, behavioral enthusiasm, acquired knowledge, and common sense of
your own.
