Hi All,
It’s been a long time I was away
from my Blog, Resumed with enthusiasm and with a new Topic of "Flat World" of Corporate.
By the human psychology, we can
say that making a process is easiest work, and hardest part is implementing it
with genuine change management behavior. Recently we were having a change
Management process with Global Effect, all level of Employees was asked
for their feedback on the process while it was implemented in recruitment.
Change is a process which affects the old process with old thinking a bash.
the process change is basically
a project which need to be a successful one, irrespective of likes &
dislikes of some upper hierarchy. while you do a process change the basic
reality is to get following homework done before even proceeding further.
·
Pre-feedback -- all the stakeholders should be considered
in the process change irrespective of their level of reporting matrix.
·
challenges
killing-- challenges should be jotted down from each stakeholder with a
comparative data of secondary research method.
·
Cost Oriented-- Cost should be minimized or we can say
that process should be optimized one rather than being another cost burden
·
Work Break down-- all the stakeholders should mutually agree
upon what part of implementation of the process they want to accomplish, so
there could not be any miscommunication at later part and it actually restrict
the delay part out of the implementation process.
·
Flatness is the Key--organization with Flat hierarchy are the
best to implement the process, as the hierarchical structure is biggest
disadvantage in process implementation.
·
Planning--choose the way to execute the process, and a backup plan
as well in case of failure of the 1st way.
·
Global Implementation--process always should go globally rather
than constraint to one location as it will become more confusing throughout the
process change.
·
Process Rearing--implement and see the progress on weekly
basis, because no process is perfect it should be flexible and can be
tweaked all around the implementation.
Process should be, “for
the employee, by the employee, of the employee”
